THE RESTAURANT
Yellowfin Sushi and Hibachi Grill was founded by Cristobal Longoria and Tetsou Inoue in 2017, with the goal of bringing authentic Japanese cuisine to Hernando. Cristobal is a talented hibachi chef with over 20 years of experience, and became sole owner in 2023. Cristobal and his Yellowfin family are committed to providing our guests with delicious, high-quality food, made using the freshest ingredients available. What sets us apart from other Japanese restaurants is our commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere that our guests can enjoy. As we continue to grow our business, we are proud to be a part of the Hernando community, and we look forward to serving you soon!
